Cooling and Boiler System Analysis
Collect and send five samples of your system (boiler system, cooling system or both) to get an overview of how your system is performing with respect to ASME guidelines, scale formation, corrosion and bacteria (cooling system only).

How to Collect a Sample

Clearly label bottle with sample (e.g. DA, condensate return, tower water...), time taken and date of sample
1) Flush sample point for a minimum of 30 seconds.
2) Rinse sample bottle 3 times with sample
3) Fill bottle to 45 ml mark with sample (don't fill completely - leave an air gap in case bottle freezes enroute).
Put bottles back into shipping container (samples do not need to be refrigerated)
